WaveUP may modify the Terms of Use at any time. Your use  of WaveUP after the changes have applied will be deemed to be your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. In any case, the user, by reloading this page, can at any time access it and check the latest version available.

VARIATIONS

WaveUP may discontinue or modify any service or feature at any time without notice. In these circumstances, backward compatibility of services and application programming interfaces (APIs) is not guaranteed.

DIGITAL PRODUCT CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The digital product provided by WaveUP is the algorithmic synthesis of theoretical studies tasks through the application of the principles of Technical Analysis, be it graphic, algorithmic, cyclical, volumetric and quantitative, realized for the sole purpose of training and appropriately expressed with clarity and precision so that the user of the service uses it for an immediate comparison with their personal studies. This digital product maintains the discretion of the choices of the user, who remains solely responsible for the use  of WaveUP services, it is therefore not an automatic AI product and always needs a discretionary consent of the user.

The WaveUP Site and/or Digital Products  may include third-party Software components that are used with the permission of their respective licensees and/or copyright holders.  WaveUP expressly waives all liability and/or obligations to its users with respect to these Third Party Software.
In any event, your use of the Third Party Software will be subject to the terms of use and terms imposed by the privacy policy of the provider of such Software, and not by the Terms of Use of WaveUP’s Privacy Policy.

RULES

Using any communication tool, both the reference website and all social channels, used by WaveUP, the user confirms that he has read and accepted the Regulations. WaveUP can update its rules at any time. The changes to the regulation will be reported directly on the website www.waveupgroup.com; it is the user’s responsibility to check for any updates. Each new access to the website www.waveupgroup.com certifies having read the updates performed.
